Update on Current Projects

Wren's Cellular Meters:  We are continuing our switchover to cellular meters. Peacely Ferry Rd, Smokey Hollow, and Central Grove Rd now have cellular meters.  Users with these meters can install the Eye on Water app, located on the apple store and google play store.  You will need your account number and you will use the zip code, 38858 to sign up.  With this app, you can monitor your water usage any time you would like.  This will help you identify leaks and potential problems in real time.  If you have any questions or need any help, please contact the office.

Coontail Water Treatment Plant Project:  The elevated tank has been completely painted and is back in service.  The three filter tanks have had new underdrains installed, filled with new media, and is the process of being painted.  We anticipate them being back online soon.  We appreciate the patience our customers have shown as we make these updates to our system.
